Engineering Department (ED) faculty Dr. Joseph Sekhar Santhappan and Dr. Binumol Shahulhameed presented their research paper and won the “Best Paper Award” in the recently concluded “First National Conference on Recent Trends in Applied Science, Engineering and Technology (CASET-2K19) at Ibri College of Technology, on June 11, 2019.

Dr. Sekhar delivered his paper on “Performance Studies on HC/HFO/HFC (Hydro fluro carbon) Refrigerants and Mixtures as an Eco-Friendly Replacement for R134a in Domestic Refrigeration Systems.”

Dr. Binumol presented her paper titled “Physical Modeling on Hydraulic Performance Characteristics of Perforated Quarter Circle Breakwater.”

Dr. Santhappan and Dr. Binumol were awarded with plaques and certificates of recognition.
