The Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) of the Engineering Department organized a training session titled “Training on MATLAB” at B-126, January 14, 2016.

Mr. Nidamuri Sreenivasa Babu from Mechanical section and Mr. Durairaj Shanmugam from Electrical section spearheaded the training. 

Staff from the Engineering and IT Departments attended the training, which was organized based on the results of a Training Need Analysis conducted by the organizer.

Mr. Babu introduced MATLAB and trained the participants on how to execute and run the program.

Mr. Shanmugam covered the simulation portion as he explained how to design a MATLAB Simulink.

SPDC Coordinator Dr.Yassir Osman headed the training.
