The first meeting of the Engineering Club was held on Wednesday, 29th January 2014 in Shinas College of Technology. The meeting was convened at 01:00 PM in the Engineering Building. Dr. Mahmoud Khazalah (HOD, Engineering) delivered the opening remarks in which he shed light on the aims and objectives of the Engineering club. He encouraged the students to actively participate in the activities of the club. During the course of the meeting the students elected an Engineering Club student representative. In the closing remarks, Dr.Yassir (Engineering Club Coordinator) told the students to focus on creative and innovative engineering enterprises for their club activities, as the motive behind the creation of the Engineering Club was to promote the talents and inventiveness of the students
