The Engineering Department through its Student Support Services Committee commenced its short- term courses on CNC Programming, Auto CAD 3D and Electronic Skills for the Engineering students from various levels last Wednesday, February 20, 2013. The objective of the training courses is to provide practical oriented hands on trainings in meeting the industrial needs of the country. The event started with the inspiring speech of Dr. Mahmoud Khazalah, Head, Engineering Department. This was continued with the delivery of resourceful information and hands - on practices for the participants. Trained and distinguished faculty members of the department along with the technicians managed the event. The said event will be conducted every Wednesday in the respective course laboratories of the department namely E113, E224 & E216.
