Dr. Mahmoud Khazalah, Head of Department (HoD), Engineering Department (ED), Shinas College of Technology (ShCT), presented a paper entitled “Comparative Study on the Strength and Durability Performance of Geopolymer and Conventional Concretes” in “The 1^st National Conference on Civil & Architectural Engineering, 2018 - 1^st NCCAE 2018” held at Conference Hall and Theatre Hall, Sultan Quboos University, Muscat, on 27^th March 2018.

Moreover, Dr. Khazalah was chosen to chair one session on the first day of the conference.

The event was spearheaded by Dr. Ali Al-Nuaimi, HoD, Civil & Architectural Engineering Department (CAED) and Chairman of the Conference.
