A group consisting of 14 Advanced Diploma Civil Engineering students visited Horizons Industrial Development Company (HIDC) on October 16, 2019.

During the industrial visit, HIDC Plant Manager Mr. Arif Ishaq Al Balushi discussed the ingredients, composition, construction cost, advantages and disadvantages of Rapid Wall.

He also brought the students to their working plant and showed the Rapid Wall cutting and loading section.

Engineering Department (ED) lecturer Mr. Indumathy Bala accompanied the students.

Said workshop was organized by ED Industry Liaison Committee.
