Diploma students visit Sharq Sohar Steel Rolling Mills
The Engineering Department(ED), in coordination with the OJT Department of Shinas College of Technology, organized an industrial visit to Sharq Sohar Steel Rolling Mills LLC on November 11, 2016.
Twenty-three students enrolled in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering accompanied by ED faculty members Mr. Babu and Mr. Abdul Basith Mohammed visited the plant.
The Company’s engineers-in-charge demonstrated the various activities in the steel rolling mills manufacturing plant.
During the visit, students observed a number of equipment and machinery used in the plant.
