The Engineering Department organized an industrial visit to ARABIAN INDUSTRIES MANUFACTUIRNG LLC, Sohar on 23rd November 2022. A group of 20 Diploma project students from Mechanical Engineering, along with Mr. Mohammed Abdul Basith, Lecturer from Engineering Department took part.

Mr.Mohammed Al Saidi Manager from Health, Safety and Environment Department at the organization, coordinated the entire plant visit after a brief interaction with Mr. Zahir Mohammed Al Hinai, Admin and PRO Manager at Arabian Industries Manufacturing.

The visit provided the students with insights and an in-depth understanding of the processes and practices involved in making engineered equipment, yystems and packages for industry segments such as oil and gas, refinery, petrochemicals and power.
