Guest from Sohar Aluminum, Mr. Reynaldo Malazarte and Mr. Said Al Raisi delivered a talk on the ‘Overview of Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement’, for the IT Staff on 29th November 29 at the amphitheater, UTAS Shinas. The workshop was hosted by the Industry Engagement Committee in cooperation with the Staff Professional Development committee. The speakers explained the details of Lean Six Sigma and how it can be applied to daily tasks. They also provided a small activity to demonstrate the concept. The speakers were presented with mementos and certificates to express the department’s gratitude for sharing their expertise with the IT staff at UTAS Shinas.
