The Educational Technology Center (ETC) recently conducted a workshop on troubleshooting for Apple (MAC) on 18th April 2023 at the E-library Main Building in UTAS Shinas. The event which ran from 10AM to 12 PM, was attended by ETC technicians from various sections.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce the participants to the basic concepts of troubleshooting and managing IOS and Apple products. It also covered the differences between troubleshooting on Windows and managing IOS devices. Mr. Frederick Manuel Camay, ETC ESS staff, spearheaded the training and provided valuable insights on basic MAC (IOS) management and troubleshooting to equip the technicians with necessary techniques and skills.
The workshop was a success, and it provided the ETC staff with valuable knowledge and skills to better manage and troubleshoot Apple products.
