Sultanate of Oman participates in the International Invention Fair in the Middle East (IIFME), held on November 19 to 23 in Kuwait City
Abdullah bin Rashid Al Badi, a student at Shinas college of Technology, represented the Sultanate in the IIFME, held on November 19 23 in Kuwait City under the patronage of the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al Jaber .The IIFME is considered one of the most important and largest specialized exhibitions of inventions in the Middle East, where is the chance to meet and deliver a culture of invention and creativity to the Gulf society and to increase the links between inventors and investors.
It is noted that Abdullah Al Badi participated with his invention, System for Security of Electrical Networks. It is a transmitter which sends signals to stations of security and safety in order to catch thieves of copper wire, transformers and determine technical malfunction places precisely in addition to testing the safety of line wirelessly .Al-Badi won a patent last September.
