Fifteen students from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering competed for the opportunity to be sponsored to attend Tomorrow's Leaders' Conference to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on November 27-29, 2017.

The said event is within the framework of cooperation and support provided by the Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC) for the development of students in the field of education and training.

ShCT’s OJT Department organized the meeting between the candidate students and representatives of the company last October 26, 2017.

The representatives from ORPIC (from its External Relations Department) include: Mr. Saeed Al-Maamari, Ms. Maria Al-Komishki, Mr. Emanuel, and Mr. Ahmed Al Naqbi.

The representatives administered a written examination and interviewed the students.

The fortunate students who shall be selected by the representatives will be sponsored by ORPIC to attend the conference in Dubai.
