ShCT launched the Students Grievances service through the Students Portal in the eServices section of the college website on December 03, 2012. Dr. Ali Saud Al-Mughari personally verified all its functionalities, design and interface during the official launching of the students grievances online at the ETC office. The representatives of the website committee, led by Ms. Amina Al-Jabri and Mr. Anthony Madlambayan along with Mr. Ali Al-Harthy, Mr. Gharib Al-Matroushi, Ms. Aysha Al-Jabri and Mr. Talal Al-Quri were present during the event. The online filing of grievances aims to offer students with easy and comfortable way to file their grievances which are related to the college. Every report received by the grievance committee will be highly confidential and will be dealt in a timely manner in accordance with the rules already discussed with the committee.
