In a bid to enhance the proficiency of the ISETC Workshop team, a three-session (6 hours) refresher course on HIRENS, YUMI, and other software troubleshooting applications was conducted on November 14, 29, and December 6, 2023. The sessions took place at the E-library, A219, and A149, respectively, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. 

The workshop, tailored for ISETC workshop technicians, was designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills in creating partitions, working with OS images, and conducting basic hard disk troubleshooting. Practical sessions were integrated into the training, allowing participants to actively engage in creating boot images and troubleshooting common issues related to hard disks and recovery. 

Guided by Mr. Ronaldo Abaya, a seasoned staff member from the ISETC SDTSS team, the training session ensured a valuable and enriching experience for all participants. The initiative reflects ISETC's commitment to empowering its workforce with the latest skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of technology.
