ETC conducts training

The Educational Technology Center (ETC) conducted a training on “IP Phone Installation and Troubleshooting” on March 12, 2020 at the E-Library, Main Building.

Attended by ETC-Computer Services Section (CSS) and Educational Services Section (ESS) technicians, the event aimed at equipping the participants with excellent technical skills.

CSS Technician Mr. Karl Cabucos spearheaded the training. He shed light on the basic installation and troubleshooting techniques and features of IP Phone models.
