As part of the automation project launched by the Educational Technology Center, the department introduced a pre-formatted Internal Memo template to be used by all departments of the College. As part of the launch, ETC conducted a workshop on March 3, 2014 at the ShCT Open Laboratory for the coordinators of the various departments, secretaries and selected lecturers. Miss Amina Al-Jabri, ETC-CSS HOS conducted the one-hour workshop to familiarize the staff with the pre-formatted functions, tables and forms of the said template.
