Mr. Amado Diao Jr. from ETC-CSS conducted a two-week training on Microsoft Access 2010 to one of the staff members of the Council of Administrative Affairs for Judiciary Primary Court in Shinas from January 26 to February 6, 2014. The training covered MS Access 2010 Basics starting with its environment, database and objects, working with data which include tables, forms and records, running queries and reports. The training concluded with a designing database session and application of all techniques and strategies taught in the previous lessons. True to its goals, to work hand-in-hand with the college, ETC offers training to both public and private sectors with the aim of fostering beneficial constructive partnerships that benefit the community at large. ETC staff members play a very active role in providing training related to Information Technology to the community and to all students who are currently on OJT (On-the-Job-Training) from different colleges and universities in Oman.
