Mr. William Tumulak, ETC Staff, conducted a two-hour workshop in basic computer and file management procedures of Shins College of Technology Open Laboratory on March 4, 2014. The workshop was attended by staff members, administration department, college library, ETC Staff as well. The workshop conducted is a part of the series of lectures and workshops organized by ETC of SHCT schedule for this semester.
