Mr. Ariyaputhiran Vinayakam, Staff Support Committee Coordinator; Mr. Elmo Purpura, Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) Acting Coordinator; and Mr. Johnny Kwaeshie Lenyon, SPDC Member , spearheaded "SPDC Interaction" held at the VIP Lounge, April 9 and 13, 2014. Said activity aimed at facilitating a brainstorming session on some areas of language testing to come out with possible solutions to address different concerns in assessment and evaluation, determining ways and means on how to effectively utilize and maximize the students participation via student centered activities and students involvement in activities, and highlighting lecturers dynamic approach that focuses on student-centered activities (to reduce TTT and to enhance STT).
