ShCT’s Quality Assurance Unit reviewed the Business Studies Department’s (BSD) Operational Plan through BSD lecturers Dr. Shanmuga Pria and Mr. Dhanasekaran Department on November 10, 2016 at the Multi-Purpose Hall.

The review and discussion was about the need to make changes in procedures according to the quality assurance audit.

Different committees gathered and each committee representative proposed and discussed some changes that could be made.

The committees also discussed the method of implementing the changes.
