Finally, the HOD’s office, the HOSs Offices and the office of the Registrar of the Department were shifted to a space adjoining the Lecturers offices located at the Engineering Building. The move was greatly welcomed and appreciated by both staff and students. The bringing together of all Business Studies Department offices under one roof has given a new dimension and meaning to what Ms. Moza, the HOD, always stressed at every departmental meeting: that Business Studies Department is indeed not just a department only but a family. This action would further help to improve the services and management of the department which has 40 staff members and 650 students (inclusive of the students of the newly established B. Tech program). The transfer of the offices will also bolster quality service especially to the students.
