"It is my pleasure to inform all of you that we have just received the decree nominating Ms. Khadija for the position of HoS for the HR section, Mr. Jangaiah Paladi for the position of HoS for the Accounting section, and Dr. Joefrelin Ines for the position of HoS for the Marketing section." this was the email communicated by Ms. Moza the HOD of Business Studies to all staff of the department dated April 3, 2014 at around 2:33 PM. Corollary to this, Marketing Section was created with the nomination of a new Section Head. This development had also filled the former post of Mr. Ali Al Alawi as HOS of HR, who was installed recently as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs. The post for HOS of Accounting which for awhile was vacant is also filled up. With the current set-up; Accounting Section now comprises with twenty (20) diverse, energetic and knowledgeable lecturers, while the HR Section is made up of Ten (10) equally brilliant and creative lecturers. Lastly, the Marketing Section is manned by seven (7) enthusiastic, talented and adroit lecturers of diverse background gained from the academia and from the industry.
