The webpage serves as a useful reference for the college policies and procedures to help all internal and external stakeholders view the policies and procedures and give feedback on the existing policies through the Feedback Form.
Policies Development and Review Procedures
The college policies and procedures are developed, reviewed and modified on an ongoing basis through the “Policy Management Committee (PMC)”. It is chaired by the ADAA with members from all departments and centers and representatives from QAD. The members from every department and center act as department policy coordinators for effective coordination. There is a reference group that is responsible for reviewing the developed policies for any contradiction with the Bylaws/ministerial decrees/other approved policies and for checking clarity of language. This will be done each time before the policies go from the PMC. The following framework is followed for Policy Management System.
