Shinas College of Technology (ShCT) extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Amina Salim Mohammed Al-Jabri, the former Head of Computer Services Section in ETC for finishing her Master Degree in Advanced Computer Science in Newcastle University, United Kingdom on December 11, 2015.

Ms. Amina has been chosen among the graduates in her batch to render the graduation speech. She has also received the Student Orator Award among the Arab students in her group. 

“Applying as a student orator provides a great opportunity to express my sincere thanks to my beloved country, the Sultanate of Oman. It is also an avenue to let other nationalities know about my country” Ms. Amina said when asked about this feat.

Her ETC colleagues describe Ms. Amina as “an inspiration to everyone because of her passion, commitment, hard work and selfless service.”

When she comes back to the College, Ms. Amina will join the Information Technology Department as a lecturer.
