"Providing the best tools for communication is vital to the success of any organization." Another project of ETC is to upgrade the current Phone system in providing better communication tool for the college. Ms. Amina Al-Jabri piloted this project which started in the First Semester of the Academic Year 2011-2012 with the efforts of Mr. Ahmed Al-Saidi. Finally, ETC received the approval of the IP Phone manufactured by Cisco to be used in the College on February 2012 which is now in the deployment stage. The CISCO IP Phone provides powerful new ways to collaborate with one another inside College. This will enhance the way we communicate and innovate our measures to resolve issues instantly through phone. After its deployment, ETC will give trainings to the staff to maximize the capability of the IP Phone. Please tune in to our website for the announcement of training schedules.
