The Business Studies Department hosted an online webinar titled “Service Delivery for Small Business in The New Normal” on 10^th February 2022. The event which was organized by the Community Engagement Committee, aimed to empower its audience to induce business flexibility and innovation, especially during the time of the pandemic. The resource speaker, Dr. Cirilo E. Mirano, Jr., DBA, a Business Lecturer at UTAS-Shinas, gave an overview about the reasons to develop, implement and re-invent service delivery to achieve valuable business outcomes. The event was facilitated by committee members Ms. Amel Radouch and Dr. Vimal Kumar, Business faculties. The event was attended by staff and external guests.
