A group of Marketing students from the Business Studies Department (BSD) visited Safeer Mall, Suhar, as part of their industrial visit on October 10, 2018.

During the visit, the students interacted with Safeer Mall’s management and staff.

The staff members explained the various marketing activities such as advertising, sales promotion, exhibitions and entertainment shows undertaken in order to improve the mall’s customer services.

Students visited outlets such as Omantel, Oreedoo, UAE Oman Exchange, Oman Mobiles, Sharaf DG and other shops within the mall and had a discussion with the shop owners and staff to further understand the real-time and latest marketing concepts implemented by the said shops; students also had interaction with some of the customers.

BSD lecturers Mr. Prasad, Mr. Samiulla and Mr. Narsaiah accompanied the students during the said visit.
