EFFECTIVE MARKETING STRATEGY TRAINING FOR BSD ONLINE OJT STUDENTS
BSD, in its effort to broaden the horizon of opportunities for students, prepares OJT students not only to become part of the labor force but also to become successful entrepreneurs. As part of this initiative a training session was conducted on “Effective Marketing Strategy” The training aimed to provide in-depth knowledge and strategies to support sustainability and profitability of businesses, in particular during the troubled times of the pandemic. The training focused on Market, Product, Price, Place and Promotional strategies as well as objectives, requirements and suitability. The students enthusiastically participated in the question and answer sessions and shared their own views and experiences. The training was delivered by Dr. Eric S. Parilla from Northwestern University in Laoag City, Philippines last June 24, 2021 through MS Teams.
