The Marketing Section of the Business Department, initiated a Microteaching Session held at Room E221, Engineering Building, on November 5, 2014 from 10:30-1:30 PM.

Aimed at enhancing the teaching skills of the Business lecturers and making their classes more student-centered, the three-hour microteaching practice session featured sharing of pedagogical insights and teaching demonstrations from marketing lecturers namely; Mr. Joshy John, Mr. Buarny Kunjappan, Mr. V.V. Prasad and Mr. Reynald Funtinilla. The session was facilitated by the HOS of Marketing Section, Mr. Joefrelin Ines, Phd, MBA, IACMP.

Said teaching demonstrations allowed the participants to listen to the constructive criticisms through a structure feedback session so that both the strengths of the presentation and potential areas for improvement were addressed. Feedback was honest and direct, but constructive, focusing on ways the presenter can improve his or her teaching.
