The Housing, Student Activities and Graduation Ceremonies Department helps students in finding convenient accommodation and assisting students concerning students’ stay in the accommodation. Furthermore, the department holds the responsibility of the preparation of the graduation ceremony and its A-Z concerns, and organizing various activities and events inside and outside the college.

Our main goal is to assist and organize activities which will help students to develop their interpersonal and social skills, because we believe that developing the interpersonal and social skills play important roles in shaping the character and charisma of the students.
In addition, the department encourages the students to take part in various activities and events inside and outside the college. The department runs many activities and groups where students can use their talents and hobbies in their leisure times. The department believes that these activities play important roles in shaping the character and charisma of the students.
The Head of Housing, Student Activities and graduation also oversees the medical services and facilities of the college.
