The On-the-Job Training Department (OJTD), in cooperation with English Language Center (ELC) and Information Technology Department (ITD), organized a number of training courses for the private sectors. These activities offer English Language proficiency, ICDL and hardware courses. The English course started yesterday, November 4, 2012 which was involved by 25 registered participants from different private institutions namely; Arabian Industries Manufacturing LLC (6), Petron Oman (5), Shadeed Iron & Steel Co. (4), International Heavy Equipment LLC (3), Global Wood Work LLC (2), Sharq Sohar Steel Rolling Mill LLC (4) and Al Firdous Printing & Packaging (1). The duration of the English training course is 4 weeks which is from November 4, 2012 to December 4, 2012. Both ICDL and hardware courses will start on November 11, 2012. The ICDL course covers 12 weeks while the hardware course covers 3 weeks. The participants are already registered and the events are ready to begin.
