Ms. Amina Al-Jabri, Head of Department (HoD)- Information Technology Department (IT), and the three Heads of  Sections(HoSs),namely Mr. Deogracias Joaquin- HoS Math, Ms. Amna Al-Kaabi- HoS  IT and Mr. Syed Mehr Ali-HoS-Networking met all the IT students on October 11,2016 in the Engineering Theater.

Ms. Amina the HoD, discussed matters pertaining to the IT Club and its course projects. Furthermore, she encouraged the students to make projects that would enable them to submit proposals to the Research Council of Oman as they hold competitions regularly. Moreover, the Research Council (Oman) offers many rewards for selected research projects. Additionally, Ms. Amina reminded the students to check their mails on a regular basis as many important notices and information are frequently sent to them.

After her presentation, the students were given a chance to discuss their concerns and issues relevant to their studies.
