The IT Department hosted a workshop titled "Mobile Application Development Skills and Knowledge" on Wednesday, 13th September 2023, at the university campus. The objective of this workshop was to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to design, develop, and deploy mobile applications for various platforms, including iOS and Android.

The workshop was aimed to assist individuals, whether beginners or experienced developers, in acquiring the expertise necessary to create functional and user-friendly mobile apps.

Mr. Syed Ibrahim Hussain, a faculty member from UTAS – Shinas, Department of Information Technology, served as the resource speaker for the event. Mr. Syed skillfully guided the participants through the process of designing and creating a mobile application interface, using practical examples.

A total of thirty staff members from the IT, Math, and Networking sections attended the workshop. The IT Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) organized and facilitated this informative and hands-on workshop.
