Twenty Diploma Mechanical Engineering students visited Arabian Industries Manufacturing LLC on October 2, 2019.

During the visit, Health and Safety Engineer Mr. Othman Nasser Al Rawahi welcomed the students and explained the company’s safety and health instructions, overall fabrication and work progress schedule.

Site Mechanical Engineer Mr. Adharsh Krishnan shed light on the fabrication process and layout of the company, cutting machines such as CNC laser, band saw and arc welding, the different welding methods and selection paramaters, gas welding set-up and gas cutting operations.

The students were accompanied by Engineering Department (ED) lecturer Mr. Krishna Kumar.
