The Business Studies Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences Shinas recently hosted a workshop titled “Financial Analysis & Planning” The event was organized by the Community and Alumni Engagement Committee on 2^nd May 2023. The resource speaker was Dr. Vimal Kumar Agarwal, senior lecturer in the accounting section at UTAS-Shinas. The main objective of the workshop was to enhance the financial statements and analysis skills of students to support them in their future careers. Dr. Vimal gave an overview of the methods and tools used to analyze the financial statements. The event was attended by BSD students. It ended with an active interaction.
