The Industrial Links Committee of the Business Studies Department (BSD) organized a one-day industrial visit at ORPIC on February 21, 2016.A group of 20 BSD students visited ORPIC to become familiar with a large industrial set up.

The industrial visit focused on information management practices in the company with emphasis on Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

HR professionals from ORPIC explained and demonstrated the systems they are using for applicant tracking, recruitment and selection, talent management and succession planning.

They also explained BULLHORN, the HRIS package they are currently using in the company.
