The Engineering Department recently organized a workshop titled "Unleashing Your Full Potential: The Ultimate Mendeley Training Program" for the staff of the Engineering Department of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences - Shinas. The workshop was held on March 13th, 2023, as part of the department's staff professional development activities. During the workshop, Dr. Joseph Sekhar, the resource personnel, provided an in-depth explanation of the citation software Mendeley. The event was attended by twenty-three faculty members from the Engineering Department who were focusing on research. The participants actively engaged in the session and all attendees benefited from Dr. Sekhar's knowledge and experience in publishing scholarly articles in well-reputed journals. Overall, the event was well received, and the staff appreciated Dr. Sekhar's efforts in sharing his expertise. The workshop was a great opportunity for the participants to learn more about Mendeley and enhance their research skills.
