Information Technology (IT) Department conducted a webinar titled “Machine Learning” on 22nd November 2022, via Google Meet. The webinar was aimed at introducing machine learning, which is a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Science, which focuses on the use of data and algorithms.
Dr. Tamilarasi M, Assistant Professor from the Department of ECE, Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai, India served as the resource speaker.
She discussed the steps of machine learning, types of learning, the different types of machine learning, its algorithms and applications.
Thirty-four staff members from IT, Networking and Math sections attended.
IT Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) organized and facilitated the webinar.
