The Staff Professional Development Committee (SPDC) of the Information Technology (IT) Department conducted a workshop on ‘Latex’ for its lecturers, at Room A-138, on November 27, 2019.

The workshop aimed to train the participants in using Latex software in writing their research and conference papers and high volume documents.

Mathematics lecturer Dr. Satyanarayana Bora, the resource speaker, discussed Latex Software and Microsoft Word, Latex file structure, packages, formats and environments.

He also demonstrated how to create a Latex file, format text and paragraph, and create a list.
