The Information Technology (IT) Department, in coordination with the Community Engagement Committee, offered an 8-hour training on “Python Programming” to seven ShCT alumni from March 1-5, 2020 at Room A-219, Engineering Building.

IT lecturers Mr. Madhavan Sridharan and Mr. Umesh Shetty spearheaded the event.

They trained the participants to write programs in Python using different kinds of operators and conditional statements. They also discussed python functions and basic iteration process.

IT Head of Section Ms. Amna Al Kaabi awarded the participants with certificates of attendance on the last day of training.
