Information Technology (IT) Department lecturers attended the Department’s annual Operational Planning Session  at the College Theater, Engineering Building  on March 9, 2017.

IT lecturer and QA Coordinator Dr. Lemuel Nalugon spearheaded the Operational Planning Training that was held in connection with ShCT’s upcoming Institutional Standards Assessment (ISA).

The speaker discussed Operational Planning and presented the steps on preparing the Operational Plan through a flowchart.

After having discussed the process, Dr. Nalugon presented an actual output and discussed the bases  for the action plans of the different committees.  The said action plans contain activities to be undertaken to implement the strategies.

Finally, this training session aimed to help the new staff and committee members in contributing to the preparation of the department’s Operational Plan for 2017-2018.
