The English language Center Quality Assurance (ELC-QA) Committee organized a QA Workshop at Rm. 2017, Shinas College of Technology, September19, 2013.

ELC-QA Team facilitated the workshop which aimed at developing the ELC Operational Plan for 2013-2014.

The workshop was attended by the ELC stakeholders who have collaborated to refine the sub-goals and strategies, key performance indicators and implementation steps.
