A number of ShCT’s Educational Technology Center participated in a workshop on the basics of troubleshooting the Xerox WorkCentre 5655 printer at the ShCT ESS on February 24, 2015.

The practical training enabled the workshop and ESS technicians to learn the features, parts and basic troubleshooting techniques of the Xerox printer. 

Mr. Riju Vailoppilly of Bishara Establishment LLC demonstrated the different troubleshooting techniques, specifically on how to manage paper jams and technical difficulties.

The training aimed to update the technical expertise of ETC technicians to help them serve the college as effectively as possible.
