ETC-ESS spearheads photography workshop series
Aligned to the Center’s mission “to provide excellent service to all,” ETC -ESS conducted a series of workshops on Photoshop on Feb 2, 2016, Basic Photography on Feb 9, 2016, and Lightroom on Feb 23, 2016.
Mr. Joel Palad conducted the Photoshop Workshop; whereas, Mr. Gary Olfindo spearheaded the workshops on Basic Photography and Lightroom.
The workshop series aimed to impart the basics of photography, Photoshop and Lightroom to the participants.
Among the topics discussed in the Photoshop training were exploring toolbox, Photoshop basic commands and zooming in/out the canvas. Additionally, Photoshop techniques, applying layers, adding effects on images, and exploring Photoshop built-in effects were discussed.
For the second workshop, Mr. Olfindo discussed the basic features of DSLR cameras, basic photography equipment, proper handling and camera exploration.
Meanwhile, the Lightroom workshop focused on software navigation, basic Lightroom features, and some photo editing techniques.
This workshop series is included in the projection plan of the ETC-ESS particularly in providing trainings and workshops to all staff.
