On the basis that building a human being is a supreme goal for every institution, Sawaed_AlKhair (Arms of Benevolence Group) organized a workshop entitled “Unique Leader” held at the College Theatre, on October 2, 2018.

The workshop was presented by the certified trainer, Mr. Muntaser Al-Harasi, and in the presence of a number of administrative and teaching staff and students of Shinas College of Technology (ShCT).

The workshop included several topics. It started with introducing the concept of leadership, then one of the leadership theories was presented.

It also involved a discussion about what makes a good leader: Are leaders born with a rare set of leadership abilities, or are they made, namely they learn, grow and develop into leaders?

Furthermore, the presenter showed the difference between the manager and the leader. The workshop lasted for two hours with interactive activities between the trainer and the attendees.

At the end of the workshop, Assistant Dean for Students Affairs Mr. Ali Al-Alawi presented a souvenir to the presenter, and the audience expressed their satisfaction and enjoyment as they benefited a lot from the workshop.
