A group of IT students, who will be participating in upcoming programming competitions, has started their training on October 8, 2019, with the guidance of IT lecturer Ms. Myra Patalay.

The training aims to prepare the students by honing their programming skills through hands-on activities using C++ and Java languages.

The 6^th Oman Collegiate Programming Contest to be held at Sultan Qaboos University on October 13-14, 2019 is the first programming competition to be participated by the students.

Said trainings are conducted every Tuesday for two hours until the end of the first semester.
