Information Technology (IT) Department, Math lecturer Dr. Devendra Kumar, conducted a workshop on “Heat and mass transfer applications: a mathematical approach” as part of Staff Professional Development (SPD) on November 18^,th 2021 at lab F-024.Dr Devendra discussed the basic principles of fluids and their flow, fluid models and some industrial applications. He also demonstrated the concept of heat transfers and its modes, mass transfer and its application and explained the basic understanding of modelling which included single phase flow and two phase flow.  Sixteen staff members from the math section attended the workshop
