The Networking Section at UTAS Shinas awarded students, Hiba Juma Al Zaabi and Fatema Humaid Al Badi for being nominated to represent the Oman Team at the Huawei ICT Middle East 2021 Competition.  The successful candidates received awards and words of encouragement, at the dean’s office on 1^st of December 2021. Ms. Salama Said Al-Kalbani, Head of Networking Section presented the awards with the college dean, Dr. Ahmed Al Mamari, in the presence of Head of Department for IT Ms. Amina Al Jabri, Head of Section for IT Ms. Amna Al-Kaabi and Head of Section for Maths Mr. Deogracias Joaquin.  Hiba Juma Al Zaabi landed 2nd place and Fatema Humaid Al Badi took third place. The students will be part of a group of candidates, who will represent Oman in the regional finals.
