The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department at UTAS-Shinas conducted Tazeez Program for students, in cooperation with IMCC and partnership with AQR Mena, from 12th to 14^th of September 2021. The program, which was held in the main building, was designed to assess employability and demonstrate how people of all ages can manage their careers and aspirations in the 21^st century, irrespective of their first job or future employment. The programme assessed 12 aspects of personality-based behaviour, which were clustered around 3 themes.  More than 60 students attended this course, from different department of UTAS-Shinas.
