Ms. Amina Al-Jabri, Head of Section on Computer Services; Educational Technology Center (ETC) represented the College in Al-Noqbah School’s Technical Day in Shinas on April 14, 2012. As a representative, she conducted workshop on Information Security which was attended by Omani lecturers from different schools and representatives under the Ministry of Education and Oman Telecommunications IT sections. “The workshop is a great avenue to transfer our knowledge and expertise that will aid us to be more equipped in the field of Information Technology,” Ms. Amina stated. The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Omani citizens in the field of Information Technology. Furthermore, this step will strengthen the relationship between the college and community as a regular outreach program.
